My Sweet 16

I do not officially turn 16 until tomorrow[January 28th] , but I had a birthday party yesterday. I had so much fun and I got some great gifts!!

My family decorated the fellowship hall with my favorite colors!

Dad and me at the party. Notice the banner? It flashes! Seriously, it has a battery pack and
everything. Lindsay, just wait until your sweet 16!

Mom made me my own little cheesecake! The candles were so cute; the cake wasn't bad either.
Let me say this first: I got great gifts from all of my guests , but mom and dad topped them all. What gift would bring such a reaction out of me? An iPod Touch! It is the coolest thing. It has 8GB, holds videos, music, and audio books and, this is the best part,it has Internet access!! Anywhere[coffee shop, bookstore, etc..] that has free WiFi I can get on the Internet with my iPod. How cool is that? I am actually listening to it as I type this post. Thanks everybody for the best birthday ever!

Awwww Chelsea! Congrats on your birthday. That is so exciting about the iPod. It will change your life (not really but it is amazing). I love you all and miss you so much. I will be in North Carolina this summer working at Ridgecrest. Maybe we can all meet up sometime.

HAPPY SWEET 16TH!!!! Sorry we couldn't be there to celebrate it with you, but, we celebrated in our hearts by thanking God that He put you in our family.
You've turned into a beautiful God fearing young woman.
